·         The Industrial Relations Code, 2020

·         The Code on Social Security, 2020

·         The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020

These four Codes collectively replace 29 central labour laws, marking a significant shift in India’s labour compliance landscape. If you have not acted yet, now is the time. There are clear opportunities within the new framework, but lack of readiness may invite regulatory scrutiny.

The seminars also cover other initiatives "Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana" (PM-VBRY), a scheme aimed at boosting job creation by incentivizing both first-time employees and employers.
