SEMINAR ON NEW COMPREHENSIVE DC RULES OF MIDC

Seminar on MIDC’s ‘New Comprehensive Development Control and Promotion Regulations (CDCPR)’ and its benefits to plot holders was organized by COSIA and TSSIA on 2nd November 2023

The New CDCPR was introduced by the Government of Maharashtra for development control in MIDC areas. As there are various new provisions made in the said rules, it becomes important for MIDC plot holders to understand the same and to comply accordingly. There are also various beneficial provisions for the plot holders which need to be understood by them. As such, it was felt necessary to organize this seminar.

Mr. Sandeep Parikh, President COSIA gave an opening address and welcomed the Expert speaker and the participants. Ar. Sudhir Thorat, Director, APICES Studio Pvt. Ltd. was the expert speaker. Ar. Thorat explained the beneficial provisions to the participants and received and addressed the queries of the participant MIDC plot holders.

Mr. Parikh summed up the session and ended the same with a vote of thanks.
